For those patients who have dental insurance, we would love to help you maximize your benefits. At this time, Madison Dental Studio is happy to assist you in filing claims with all PPO insurance policies that allow us to do so. What your insurance covers for your plan is based on the specifics of your policy, and we encourage you to know your policies coverages and limitations. Our office will do our best to find out how we can best utilize your benefits based on what your policy covers. We will do our best to provide an estimate of coverage for you prior to beginning treatment in our office.
